Key accountabilities of the role: • Support project manager in tracking toward agreed schedule, scopes and budget • Maintain a Class 2 project schedule • Maintain project deliverables • Facilitate and minute weekly internal project progress meetings • Project monthly progress and performance reporting • Maintain the PMP and update as required • Develop tollgating deliverables and documents, as needed. • Effective client communication and stakeholder communication • Visit project site when required. • Continuously identify improvement opportunities. Key Challenges of the role : • Technical and resource management • Stakeholder Management • Vendor Management Inherent requirements of the role/ Essential Skills and Experience • Experience in supporting projects in mining domains (5 years of experience). • Experience in executing medium scale programs (3-5 years) • Well versed in client stakeholder management and contract management • Adept at risk management and change management • Excellent communication skills. • Role may require visits to mine sites, as per project needs.
