Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice and innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges, including site development, structural analysis, and drainage systems. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and contractors, to deliver cohesive and successful project outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to ensure project satisfaction. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, local regulations, and best practices, while upholding the firm's high-quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., RPEQ) is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within a consulting environment. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
