Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine structural designs for a variety of projects, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure, ensuring they meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements. Conduct detailed structural analyses using advanced software tools, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project plans. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and present design solutions that align with their vision. Review and verify design calculations and drawings, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional registrations and certifications is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design within a consulting engineering environment, with a proven track record of successful projects. Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines. A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
