We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our sophisticated digital platform, ensuring that our customers enjoy a smooth and engaging experience while designing their custom garments. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance the customer experience on our digital platform. Continuously optimize the platform’s performance, ensuring a fast, responsive, and reliable experience for users. Develop and refine interactive tools that allow customers to create and visualize custom designs. Integrate third-party services and APIs to support features such as payment processing, order tracking, and customer relationship management. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and participate in testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions that enhance our platform’s functionality and user experience. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that meet business objectives and customer needs. Providing advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant IT bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field. Demonstrable experience with the development and optimisation of digital products. Ability to provide cost-effective solutions to technical and operational challenges exceptional communication and documentation skills. Extensive experience with: ReactJS Node.js GraphQL PostgreSQL Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $95,000 - $110.000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
