Roles and Responsibilities: Act as an L2 point of contact for a diverse range of technical issues. Log tickets and prioritize workloads. Create and maintain technical documentation. Implement and manage VOIP systems. Network, server, and desktop administration and support. Administer Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot network issues. Monitor systems. Server installs and migration projects. Troubleshoot complex IT issues. Assist with complex IT projects. Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Role Requirements: 3 years of experience in a similar support role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Clean license and ability to obtain clean police clearance. Technical Requirements: Experience working with Microsoft Servers 2008-2022. Experience with M365, Exchange, and SharePoint. Experience with cloud technologies (Azure). Experience with AD and Azure AD. Experience troubleshooting networking issues. Experience with BDR tools (Veeam). Experience with VoIP systems (3CX). Experience with ticket systems (ConnectWise). Understanding of Cyber Security best practices.
