Your next opportunity We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our thriving Regional Queensland Concrete and Quarries business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing capital works projects under $1 million. This role is ideal for someone with entry-level experience who is eager to gain more exposure in the industry. This pivotal role captures our 30 concrete plants and 9 quarries in regional QLD from Toowoomba to Darwin. Your day will involve: Lead safety, quality, delivery, and financial aspects of projects across our regional and remote operations Provide effective team leadership, engaging with multiple internal departments to exceed client expectations. Provide regular reporting on project budgets, schedules, look ahead and at-risk activities. Complete all documentation for efficient costing, raw material management, and invoicing for projects in your area of responsibility. What are we looking for? Tertiary qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be highly desirable, or 2-3 years industry experience would also be considered. Flexibility to travel across regional QLD. Competent professional with an appetite for working in and enhancing an inclusive open team. Effective negotiator and highly competent communicator.
