Multiple Environment Engineer contracts - Salesforce eco-system 12 12 month contracts - Baseline clearance Braddon, ACT - Flexible working arrangements Our client, a services focussed Federal Government agency based in Braddon, ACT, requires multiple experienced Salesforce Environments Engineers for 12 12 month contracts. Duties Assist with overall team strategy and planning. Manage the environments team and its service delivery, providing delivery management and technical leadership. Develop service delivery and resource plans to ensure all Salesforce and MuleSoft environment needs are met. Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans. Execute hands-on critical and complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD and new projects and environment changes. Ensure standards and support processes are continually reviewed and improved. Seek out automation opportunities for improved management of the Salesforce landscape. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and external vendors to resolve them. Develop environment and code management plans to support Release plans to deploy projects and BAU fixes into Production. Manage support tickets with Salesforce & maintain platform security. Selection Criteria Certified Salesforce Admin ADM211 or at least ADM201. At least 7 years' experience within Salesforce eco-system. Recent experience in a hands-on Team Management role in an enterprise-scale Salesforce centric environment using contemporary tools and DevOps processes. Strong experience in service delivery management. Demonstrable experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce Vlocity, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and/or Health Cloud and in using GitLab for Salesforce deployments. ITIL Foundation Certification and experience (desirable). Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable). Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies (desirable). Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development (desirable).
