Identify and design solution in consultation with business and technology partners to determine project technical requirements, design alternatives and resolve issues. Lead technical design, development and support of switching applications. Perform core technical roles including coding, as well as troubleshooting technical problems. Run unit Test Scripts preparation and Performed Unit testing for the developed changes. Make effective recommendations for QA test coverage and ensured QA to complete testing without any defects. Deploying the changes into Production Environment. Worked on the SIT, UAT and Production movement. Prepared Technical Specification Document and System Handover Document. Ensure adherences to established development standards and methodologies. Involve in consultation with stakeholders on technology solutions. Proactively raised awareness to project team on the potential impacts of any code refactoring and make effective recommendations for QA test coverage SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Bachelor of Information Technology. (BTech) Experience: 8 - 9 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services (Payments and Cards, Acquiring Solutions). Relevant experience as a IT Product Specialist with Strong technical and analytical skills. Expertise in Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation in Connex Switch application within HPNS TANDEM Environment. Good understanding in Switching technology, EFT, Payments and Banking domain. Experience in handling Scheme mandates like VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS, US REGIONAL Networks (PULSE, DISCOVER, NYCE, SHAZAM). Good understanding knowledge on ISO 8583 and AS2805 Network Specifications. Hands on experience on Switch Migration/Software Upgradation, Hardware Migration (TANDEM). Hands on experience in analysing and troubleshooting incidents from production environment Having knowledge of testing frameworks, tools and simulators like FINSIM, VISA, MC
