About the Role: In this role, you'll drive the design, development, and optimization of HR technology solutions, working hands-on to address issues and enhance integrations. Your expertise will help shape the technical direction of our projects, ensuring that solutions meet both current needs and future goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust technical solutions, ensuring the development of maintainable code that aligns with risk management and compliance standards. Collaborate with business and architecture teams to gather and document requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical designs. Guide the development team in building and configuring solutions, and work with BAU and support teams to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities. Work with downstream systems to implement and enhance existing HR integrations according to project requirements. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to articulate requirements clearly to development teams. Essential Experience and Skills: Experience in building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs . Proficiency in Java and/or Python . Knowledge of mobile technologies and mobile app development. Understanding of infrastructure components such as firewalls, security, certificates, and SSO. Ability to convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Strong willingness to engage in various tasks, including building proofs of concept, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting the development team with coding as needed. Highly Regarded Experience: Prior experience in the HR and Payroll domain. Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud or eBusiness Suite. Experience with ServiceNow. Knowledge of test automation and the Selenium framework. Experience with chatbots and conversational AI.
