Role Overview: Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design teams, manage projects, and ensure high-quality engineering solutions. You'll be responsible for design checks, project management, team leadership, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design & QA: Conduct design checks, prepare detailed designs and documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and perform QA/QC checks. Project Management: Lead teams to meet deadlines, manage project budgets, and coordinate with the Directors. Handle client communications and project milestones. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor engineers, organise meetings, and prepare project reports. Client Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships, liaise with contractors, and manage project kick-off meetings. Qualifications: Chartered status (CPEng) or active progression towards Chartership (Engineers Australia, CIBSE chartership, or other professional body). Strong conceptual and innovative engineering skills. Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects from concept through to detailed design. High proficiency in AutoCad & Revit. Excellent communication skills with a strong client management ability. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
