Intellect Systems has various exciting opportunities for Control System Engineers located at our Perth CBD Office. These positions are offered on fixed term and casual contracts. About the role: Approximately 3-6 months duration Immediate start preferred Flexible engagement and potential for ongoing employment The responsibilities include: Development and delivery of control system software including testing and commissioning - PLC Upgrades Project documentation including Scopes of work, functional specifications and test documentation. Provide continuous improvements across all facets of control systems. Work independently and as part of a team to design, develop and implement new and existing control system solutions. Provide support for control system Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Work alongside the Project team to ensure that the control system meets the Project Requirements by way of review of proposals, technical solutions, risk identification and mitigation and implementation approach Carry out control system designs, programming, testing, and commissioning Review and comment on changes that require Control System engineering input About you: Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (System Controls) 3 years’ experience as a Control Systems Engineer Schneider Control Expert / Wonderware Experience GE Proficy Machine Edition version programming software, training and experience Strong logical problem-solving ability Experience working across all areas of PLC and SCADA control system Experience using HMI/SCADA software Cimplicity and Proficy Working with Intellect Systems: Corporate Office is centrally located on St Georges Terrace, easily accessible via public transport (200m from Elizabeth Quay Train Station) Onsite Wellbeing & End of Trip Facilities including 24/7 gym, bike storage, change rooms and more Flexible working arrangement options Employee recognition programs Employee discounts and benefits Access to Employee Assistance Program Novated leasing A collaborative and supportive working environment
