Skills and expertise required: Notable technical skills (experience with end to end, ‘whole’ projects) Experience working on a diverse range of projects valued between $1m - $1bn. Local design experience (necessary) with concrete, steel, masonry and timber. Willingness to take the team into the future and grow with the business. Exceptional communication skills - and no, I don't mean someone able to write an email. We mean someone able to understand the underlying technical and non-technical challenges on a project and convey to client that the team can fix them.
