Position Summary: Cluster role responsible for all maintenance of Marriott Melbourne Docklands and AC by Marriott Southbank Directs and manages the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property, feeling empowered to make an impact Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs whilst showcasing your creative and innovative skills Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and clients for equipment and relationship building Managing the engineering maintenance team and supporting them with operational tasks Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values About You: Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
