Our Client is looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join the team in Melbourne Australian Work Rights Required Key responsibilities Design, and deploy Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite Deliver Modern Desktop Solutions and endpoint management using Intune/Autopilot, MECM (SCCM) and AirWatch. Application packaging and deployment Ensure devices and software meet security requirements Provide escalation support to resolve technical issues related to modern workplace Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation Demonstrate commitment to a high level of customer service delivery Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders Adhere to all company policies and procedures Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
