The Role: Lead, supervise, coordinate and participate in the design team to ensure timely and accurate engineering solutions, integrated designs, and estimates for assigned large customer connections, underground and overhead supply, public lighting, AS3000, and telecommunications projects Lead, participate in, and support a specialist team providing design engineering consultancy services, ensuring coordination of multidisciplinary design production, liaison with key stakeholders Assist in mentoring and training other Lines Engineering & Distribution Design team members Designing of masterplans for URD electrical designs Design of URD reticulation detailed designs to relevant technical standards What you need: Experience with Underground Residential Development projects Minimum 7 years industry experience Have the ability to lead and motivate the team Relevant software experience eg.
