You will be part of our robotics group, and will work on our tablet based UI which facilitates autonomous robot control, data collection and real time visualisation.' The paid internship program will run for 6 months from October 2024. There is a possibility of extending the internship beyond this period, depending on the availability and progress of projects in the pipeline. T his is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who has studied any of the following degrees: Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering Here's what we need Ensure the smooth operation of our React Native applications by implementing and maintaining efficient, scalable, and robust code guided and mentored by Senior colleagues. Ensure that features are delivered on time and with high quality by keeping internal stakeholders informed throughout the project timeline. Engage with team members to plan and design features that meet business needs and customer expectations. Contribute to the team's knowledge of React Native and implement best practice How you'll succeed Understanding of React Native development practices, Typescript, CSS and Javascript skills Can write unit and functional tests using Jest. Genuine interest in building great front ends to create an excellent user experience Good knowledge of integrating third party Java or C++ libraries with React Native Writing clear, concise and well documented code. Understanding of web standards and technologies (HTTP, CORS, browser caching, cookies, etc.) (desirable). Familiarity with Javascript interacting with Rest APIs (desirable).
