About the Role: The Software Developer will contribute to the creation of innovative software solutions, collaborating closely with a varied team that includes both local and international partners. This role is integral to the organization's mission of enhancing the technological capabilities of non-profits, helping them achieve their goals more effectively. Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Software Development: Engage in the complete development process, working on both the front-end and back-end to ensure that the software meets technical requirements and business needs. Collaboration: Work alongside non-profit clients and the internal technical team to develop solutions that align with their goals. Mentorship & Team Development: Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in their development. Agile Project Management: Implement Agile practices and leverage DevOps and microservice architecture to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record as a Software Developer. Proficiency in full-stack development, especially with ASP.NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, Redis, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of microservice architecture and DevOps practices. Experience with Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges. Familiarity with Docker, GitHub, Python, C, and AI models is a plus. Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are preferred. Why Apply?
