Ensure our client’s needs for civil and geotechnical engineering services are met by the provision of innovative, technically sound, cost effective and safe engineering solutions . This role will give you the opportunity to: Carry out project engineering and project management services; Design engineer / certifier for delivery of design packages; Engineer of Record representative; Direct contact with clients on complex projects; Occasional travel to sites (when required) for project related tasks; Geotechnical Engineering – Fieldwork, Analysis, modelling and design for geotechnical and civil problems; Manage hydrological and hydraulic surface water modelling; Preparation of proposals for clients when requested; Earthworks design and construction supervision; Actively promote REE and Geosyntec's interests and establish relationships with our clients; Focus on contributing to REE's continued growth through understanding our business and commitments to our clients; and Assist in the development of project drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and reports from concept to Issue for Construction (IFC) stages. Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical/civil engineering or related field of study. (required) Hold an unrestricted current Class C driver’s licence. Ideally, 3 years of direct consulting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience CPEng and RPEQ Be aware of and implement HSE in the workplace Highly regarded skills & experience: Be of good health and capable of physical outdoor activity to conduct fieldwork, including in remote locations unassisted when necessary, provided that appropriate health, security and safety equipment and procedures are provided by the Company Continued Professional Development.
