Our client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with CAD Designing and 3D Printing skills. They are a precision engineering and fabrication business with a great reputation in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Earthmoving, Marine and Construction industries. This is new position that will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible and be willing to move around the company. Everyone within the workshop works as a team and most people are multi-skilled. Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) Assist with design and drafting, Setting & Running 3D Printer and 3D laser Scanner plus using metrology equipment for QA work. This is a great position that will offer long term permanent work plus plenty of variety. TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Engineering qualifications Experience using Solidworks 3D Printing skills Scanning skills QA experience ideal. Must be able to use metrology equipment.
