A leading managed service provider is recruiting a 3CX Engineer. This is a newly created role within a supportive, 21st-century team environment. Job Title: 3CX Engineer Location: Mulgrave, VIC Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Job Type: Permanent Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled 3CX Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in Mulgrave. This role is purely project-focused, allowing you to work on exciting installation and rollout projects without the need to be on the phones for support. You'll play a crucial role in setting up 3CX instances and users, utilising Azure cloud infrastructure and Yealink phones. If you thrive in a client-facing environment and have a passion for hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure 3CX instances for various clients. Manage user creation and permissions within the 3CX system. Utilise Azure cloud services for hosting and managing 3CX environments. Install and configure Yealink phones to ensure seamless communication for clients. Conduct onsite installations and rollouts for new and existing clients. Engage with clients directly, providing a high level of service and technical expertise. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience with 3CX setup and configuration. Hands-on experience with Yealink phone systems. Previous experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
