The Civil project engineer role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of capital projects, from scoping and business case development through to approvals, procurement, construction management, commissioning and hand over. About the role: • Develop project delivery plans including scope, budget and timelines • Accountability for project capex budget including cost reporting • Accountability for project schedule development and tracking • Managing multiple projects at once according to agreed priorities • Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders including site managers and SEQ, to enable effective delivery and minimal impact to operations. • Develop project progress reports for presentation to Steering groups and internal stakeholders • Grow the Bingo Zero Harm culture both internally and externally • Strong focus on Zero harm at all times, safely leading works through delivery and without impacting the environment • Development and review of Safety Management Plans in consultation with SEQ • Participation in Safety in Design workshops • Leading site safety walks with internal and external parties and tracking of actions About you: • Tertiary Qualified Civil Engineer • Civil project engineering and construction management experience • Contractor and safety management experience • Budget management & cost reporting • Program/project definition and management • Demonstrated capability to prepare high quality project reports using software such as Microsoft Word / Excel/ Project • Agile and able to manage multiple projects and priorities • Strong communicator • Thrives when delivering as a team What we offer you as a GOGetter: • Employee benefits including performance incentive bonuses, recognition programs, access to corporate health cover through HCF and novated leave vehicles through Fleetplus. • Our employee support partner Sonder provides employees and their loved ones with the wellbeing support everyone deserves. • Opportunity to work with the latest technology in recycling recovery. • A strong, employee and safety driven company culture. • Training and progression opportunities within the Bingo family.
