Your Impact This well-backed startup is disrupting the way renewable energy is transmitted. You won’t just be another engineer; you’ll be their go-to expert in Electronics and RF. You’ll own the full design, development and prototyping and low volume production of their HP RF links. These will be transmitting large volumes of data over long distances. From initial concept to fully integrated systems, you’ll see your designs come to life and make a real impact. We’re talking the full life cycle from schematics through to board layout, V&V and integration. But that’s not all. You’ll also mentor the next generation of engineers, helping them grow as you guide our team through the exciting challenges of scaling a dynamic startup. Yes, this is also a chance to step into a leadership position in the next 6-12 months. Who Should Apply? We’re looking for someone who isn’t just technically skilled but also hungry to solve first-class problems with world-class technology. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves the idea of working on something groundbreaking, we want to hear from you. Experience in high-performance radio systems, electronics CAD tools (Altium or KiCad), and electronics simulation tools is a plus.
