You'll collaborate with the End User Computing Team, leveraging your skills in Intune and SCCM to enhance user experience and maintain system integrity. Working with a dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery. As an EUC Engineer in the Technology team, you’ll make a positive impact by: Providing responsive IT support to internal and external customers Managing the lifecycle of incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution Monitoring systems for security breaches and capacity issues Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of system documentation Managing and maintaining the Standard Operating Environment (SOE/MOE) Packaging and managing applications, and patching the Windows Environment Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you’ll have: Completion of a relevant degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience Demonstrated knowledge of the Office 365 Modern Workspace environment Experience in application packaging with SCCM and Intune Strong understanding of communication technologies and system security Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco’s services span across the areas of justice, migration, defence, space, customer services, health, and urban mobility.
