This position will be a combination of remote and onsite support, ranging from BAU support tickets to project-based work. This company is focused on providing quality solutions to its clients and doesn’t have the traditional MSP approach when it comes to KPIs. They prefer quality over quantity with a focus on customer engagement. You will be working with products and services such as Microsoft, cloud solutions, cyber security, firewalls, CISCO, VOIP 3CX, and hosted Systems. Role Requirements: Providing a mixture of onsite and remote support to clients. BAU Support with the potential opportunity to get involved with projects. Experienced in providing M365 administration and support for clients (Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive). Experience working with cloud-based solutions (Azure / Entra ID). Provide server support for Windows Servers from 2012 to present. Able to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Disaster Backup and Recovery experience (VEEAM, StorageCraft, Shadow Protect). Implementing and supporting VOIP, 3CX. Hardware experience (Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP). Experience working with Connectwise ticketing system. Provide friendly customer service support Ability to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms to customers. Opportunity to get involved with projects. What else you will be exposed to in the role: Complex Linux environments: Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL Virtualizations - (VMware, Hyper-V & Oracle) Authentication / Access Management Working with data centres.
