Are you a skilled and driven software engineer specialized in .NET backend development with a passion for creating scalable and efficient web applications? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Hawthorn, Melbourne. As a key player in our development team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge backend web services that are secure, robust, and aligned with our business goals. Responsibilities: Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Collaborate on new solution designs. Adhere to coding practices and design patterns. Design, develop, and maintain APIs (RESTful and gRPC) for web, mobile, and other clients. Ensure code quality in terms of security, efficiency, maintainability, and reliability. Engage in code reviews and apply appropriate testing techniques. Maintain relevant security standards. Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Over 3 years of professional software development experience. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
