Hornsby location - onsite parking $130,000 per annum super benefits ASAP start Organisation This leading school based in the Hornsby area, is on the lookout for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their friendly & professional IT team and build, maintain and run all IT Infrastructures and work on exciting projects. About the role Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role is responsible for the availability, capacity, security, stability, and performance of all systems including servers, networking infrastructure and cloud services. It acts as the escalation point for Level 1 and 2 ICT staff for systems queries and is involved in the strategic development of future ICT projects and processes at the School. Skills & experience At least 5 years hands-on experience in an ICT Infrastructure role in medium to large environments Previous experience working in the Education sector a plus Strong technical knowledge across Windows & Linux servers Active Directory / Azure Active Directory VMWare & Hyper-V Microsoft 365 PowerShell or Shell scripting Cisco or Aruba Routing & Switching Networking LAN, WAN, wifi, firewalls DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, TCP, VPN, IPSEC, NTP Azure Cloud services Backup and storage services Relevant Industry certifications such as MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, Azure Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills Comfortable with working onsite 5 days per week Benefits Convenient Hornsby location Parking onsite Endless opportunities to learn & develop Friendly and supportive team Approachable Manager Work within core business hours Work on digital transformation projects $130,000 base per annum super benefits To be successful, you'll need to undergo a National Police check and get a Working with Children check.
