Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to select and size equipment for optimal performance. Design, develop, and implement chemical programs to achieve performance goals. Ensure economic, environmental, and ethical viability of projects. Conduct tests to support the development and implementation of chemical programs. Assist the principal engineer in delivering Dissolved Air Floatation and Lithium process clarifiers. Work with the Head of Engineering on preliminary work for laboratory trials related to carbon dioxide harvesting or arsenic recovery. Ensure regulatory compliance across diverse client requirements. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in collaboration with team members. Provide case-by-case assistance to client plant operations. Coordinate and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. Proficient in Word and Excel; familiarity with Ansys or Aspen preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective team-working abilities.
