Project Engineer Electrical and SCADA | 12 months | $704.33 p/d super $704.33 p/d super 12 months (likely extension) Parramatta About the Role Provide electrical engineering and project management expertise to drive and deliver electrical safety improvement across the organisation under a program of works ensuring optimal quality, cost and schedule are maintained in accordance with project delivery frameworks while putting safety first. Key accountabilities include: Ensure all activities prioritize the safety of personnel, adhering to safety standards, and role model safe behaviour at all times. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and implement technical specifications, quality assurance processes, and standardized documentation to deliver optimal engineering solutions aligned with project needs. Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including budget owners, subject matter experts, and consultants, to align efforts and achieve strategic objectives within established timeframes. Ensure that all engineering studies, safety audits, condition assessments, and related documentation are completed, reviewed, and updated in a timely manner, meeting business and regulatory requirements About You Knowledge of PMBOK or Prince 2 methodologies Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards including WHS as they relate to the design and delivery of engineering aspects of range of operation and capital projects Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems. Demonstrated experience in the heavy industry in similar roles and responsibilities.
