Services include project management, planning and engineering support for land development, civil infrastructure and building projects. The Opportunity Due to continued growth, this is a new role where you’ll capitalise on your leadership expertise and lead the office, direct several teams, build and bind the culture. You’ll be supported by the MD and senior management, About you With office, branch or organisational management experience, you’ll be a seasoned leader of people and an astute business manager. With demonstrated ability to lead professional, technical and administrative staff, paramount will be your capacity to lead and build a cohesive team and engender a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities As the leader of the Gold Coast office, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers, designers, and technical and administrative staff. Leveraging your proven expertise in resource coordination and business optimization, you will clearly define roles and deliverables, enabling your team to achieve their best. Your leadership will cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance, guiding the office toward a unified vision of service excellence, business growth, and success Key Skills & Attributes Demonstrated successful leadership of an office, branch or organisation Ability to effectively lead & manage professional, technical & admin. staff Business acumen and ability to drive profitable business outcomes Impeccable verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Qualifications in engineering or project management or similar (ideal but not essential) This is a rare opportunity to share your knowledge and influence the culture and growth of this exciting business.
