THE ROLE Our Project Engineers support the delivery of civil construction projects across the Logan region's water infrastructure. Working within a highly collaborative environment, our Engineers are site and office based, supporting Subcontractors, design functions, scheduling teams, cost control teams, clients and managers to ensure the successful delivery of a project portfolio. Our Water team are seeking a Project Engineer with bulk earthworks experience, looking to expand their skills further into the Water and Wastewater project space. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with planning function to ensure constructability and a smooth transition into delivery. Support scheduling, cost controls, community engagement, procurement, estimating, safety and quality functions. Provide SME and technical guidance relating on Earthworks, underground services, valve pits, drainage pits, excavation works and trenching. Implement improvements based on prior experiences and learning outcomes. ABOUT YOU Strong track record of site-based engineering experience (water experience highly regarded). Experience delivering civil projects with exposure to underground piping, services, pits and excavations. The ability to manage subcontractor relationships. Demonstrated ability in financial management and reporting, including budgeting. Experience in driving quality outcomes in project delivery and the ability to contribute to a cohesive and positive team environment.
