Must have Negative Vetting Level 1 About the Role: Soft Labs is seeking Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineer for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT. Responsibilities: Perform BAU operations, maintenance and management of Broadcom DCS. Planning, scheduling, and implementing periodical patch, bug fixes and major system upgrades for Broadcom DCS. Document technical knowledge in the knowledge database (Standard Operating Procedures), update detailed design and as built documentation. Server management migration from DCS to AppLocker Primary Technologies: Broadcom Data Centre Security, Microsoft AppLocker, Windows Active Directory, Windows PowerShell Mandatory Criteria Minimum of 3 years' experience in the daily operations and management of Broadcom DCS, including but not limited to identity, application security and control. Isolating and resolving the root cause of the technical support issues. Implementing daily health checks and configuring / managing reporting and knowledge transfer to other support staff. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft AppLocker and PowerShell Weighted Criteria Strong technical understanding of Broadcom DCS, including configuring and optimising the product. Strong understanding of the Essential Eight Application Control mitigation strategy, and the applicable Information Security Manual (ISM) controls, and how to implement them within Broadcom DCS. Experience in planning, scheduling, and implementing periodical patch, bug fixes and major system upgrades for Broadcom DCS. Experience in upgrading from Broadcom DCS version 6.7.x to 6.9.x.
