Description Perform On-Site Repairs: Conduct responsive repairs and maintenance on sophisticated medical devices such as imaging systems, surgical instruments, and patient monitoring equipment. Deliver Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Manage Inventory: Oversee and manage individual and state inventory, including conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including Senior and Lead Field Engineers, to meet service goals and KPIs. Contribute to Improvements: Identify gaps in processes or procedures and support the development of improvements and revisions to internal procedures. Provide Technical Support: Offer over-the-phone technical support and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, including internal policies and external standards such as ISO 13485 and AS/NZS 3551. Profile Technically Proficient: Possess strong technical skills and experience with advanced medical devices, including imaging systems, surgical instruments, and patient monitoring equipment.
