The Gig Make an instant impact With multiple projects currently in flight, a role has become available for a highly motivated and focused Project Engineer with a proven track record in Infrastructure projects to provide engineering expertise to support deliver a deck of civil projects including multiple subdivision projects across SEQ. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be trusted with: Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion Overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Providing engineering expertise and technical support throughout the project lifecycle Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure project standards are met Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain effective communication and project progress Managing and allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, materials and sub-contractors efficiently Identifying and resolving technical and operational issues that arise during project execution Ensuring all project activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety regulations Maintaining accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and engineering What’s In Your Toolbox? 3 years post graduate experience as a Civil Engineer ideally within civil construction projects Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or Project Management Experience with earthmoving/sub-division projects highly regarded Excellent written and verbal communication skills You are an exceptional communicator, collaborative, and a natural problem solver. Your skill in translating technical complexities, along with your analytical approach and diverse methodologies, will be invaluable in achieving successful outcomes.
