About the Business Unit Technology Services and Data Security (TSDS) explores and employs technology to enable the department's business to function via the use of modern, appropriate platforms, products and services. It supports enterprise-wide platforms and services including critical applications, networks, telecommunication, call centres, hosting, intranet/internet sites; delivers business and corporate funded project; and oversees the delivering of services provided by technology service providers such as Cenitex. About the Role As a member of project delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) – Process Engineer will provide business analysis knowledge and expertise across part or all of the project lifecycle for assigned projects. Although this role will be embedded within the business, the role will remain a member of TSDS BA practice and contribute to building the business analysis maturity and capability of Technology Solutions including supporting, mentoring, and sourcing business analysis resources. Some of your duties will include: Leading and delivering major and minor work packages focussed on Business Process Re-engineering and business Process Modelling. Providing authoritative subject matter professional advice and leadership in business analysis. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience as Senior Business Analyst – process engineering in delivery of large-scale transformation program. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in planning, workshop facilitation, identification/elicitation, documentation, review, and analysis. Demonstrated experience in developing complex process diagrams, use-cases, data flows, ER diagrams, user screen designs, and related as necessary. Qualifications Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualifications are highly desirable. Appropriate vocation qualifications and certifications, e.g. Business Analyst, Business Process Re-engineering, Agile BA, are highly desirable.
