They pride themselves in fostering innovation and efficiency in every aspect of our operations. The role: They are seeking a proactive and skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide support to all staff, manage and support users of their Apple fleet and Office 365, and set up workstations, printers, iPads, and other devices. You will work closely with their Network Engineer to deliver comprehensive IT services. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support to all staff, both in-office and mobile. Apple Device Management using Jamf. Manage and support users of Office 365, Single Sign-On (SSO), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Set up and configure workstations, printers, iPads, and other devices. Collaborate with their Network Engineer to deliver and maintain IT services. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems and protocols. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in providing IT support in a dynamic environment. Excellent knowledge of Jamf and Apple Device Management. Proficiency in managing and supporting Office 365, SSO, and 2FA systems. Familiarity with Lab Information Systems. Skilled in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, iPads, and other devices. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is highly desirable.
