Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will have so much variety and development in this role from demand analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support. What You’ll Do ● Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to analyse and determine user requirements. ● Design, develop, and test new software and applications, ensuring they meet company standards and functional requirements. ● Engage in rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality code and integrate best practices. ● Perform rigorous testing, debugging, diagnosis, and correction of errors and faults in applications programming language. ● Provide ongoing post-deployment support such as debugging issues, software improvement upgrades and enhance features based on user feedback. ● Compile comprehensive documentation of system requirements, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology, applying these advancements to existing and new projects to improve efficiency and user experience. Essential Knowledge and Skills ● Relevant tertiary degree in Software Engineering or other related discipline ● 3-5 years’ highly relevant experience in a similar role ● Demonstrated experience collaborating within software engineering teams ● Proficiency in multiple software languages ● Strong analytical skills to solve various issues ● Proven willingness to support, identify, and deliver solutions across the project lifecycle.
