12 12 12 month contract - Baseline clearance required Docklands or Geelong offices - Flexible work arrangements Manage technical ICT system delivery projects, including digital cloud-based solutions Our client, a large Federal Government agency located in Docklands and Geelong, VIC, require an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a long 12 12 12 month contract. The Release Train Engineer is responsible for planning and managing delivery of ICT Projects. Duties Define project scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Responsible for the development of the project schedule and maintenance of the plan. Responsible for delivery of all technical components of the project solution including system architecture, cyber and security, and other aspects of technology delivery. Manage technology components of the Release Plan. Ensure technology compliances are in place (such as Cyber assessments, Penetration testing, Scheme actuary). Create a project Confluence page for team collaboration. Be a champion for continuous improvement. Project closure report. Selection Criteria Essential criteria Proven experience of greater than 9 to 10 years in establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT system delivery projects, including digital cloud-based solutions. Recent experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies. Project Management in Federal or State Government environments. Relevant tertiary qualifications and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management; or SAFe Agile. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded (desirable).
