ABOUT THE POSITION. This position entails a Senior Geotechnical Engineer where they will be initially utilised for their geotechnical investigations, construction phase support, project management and design responsibilities. Once integrated, they will be upskilled and fast tracked into a leadership role assisting in organisational duties. DUTIES. Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations Provide expert construction phase support Manage complex geotechnical projects from conception to completion Develop and review geotechnical designs Mentor and build a team of Junior Geotechnical Engineers Liaise with clients for project delivery SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Proven local experience within a engineering consultancy Project portfolio with a diverse set of projects Ability to lead and build a team Excellent verbal and written communication Relevant qualifications in engineering CULTURE.
