As the Global Engineering & Facilities Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving the standardization of best practices across our FM and Engineering portfolio for a renowned, key financial client. This includes managing a team that oversees FM and Engineering services in 4 regions, 30 countries, and 80 client locations. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with key client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of CBRE contractual operational requirements. - Manage and communicate effectively with the team to deliver all FM and Engineering services in line with contractual requirements. - Ensure operations are compliant with local standards and regulations, as well as client and CBRE requirements. - Drive efficient and safe operation and maintenance of engineering systems. - Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve operational delivery and achieve operational excellence. - Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in banking & finance facilities or critical engineering environments. - Strong understanding of critical environment, electrical, and HVAC infrastructure. - Thorough knowledge of WHS risk management. - Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering preferred. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Contractually astute and able to work within contractual requirements.
