THE ROLE: M365 Implementation Engineer responsible for the planning and delivery of M365 Workplace Technology solutions across the organisation. Working in a team, this hands-on project role focuses on implementing Exchange Online and DLP but will also assist in other M365 solutions. Responsibilities include: Plan, deploy & configure Microsoft 365 solutions - focusing on Exchange Online & Purview DLP. Actively contribute to migration plan/strategy. Assist in deploying other Workplace Technology and End User Computing solutions (Teams Calling, SharePoint Online, Defender, One Drive, Intune, Windows 11 etc). Extensive collaboration with various stakeholders - (technology & business stakeholders, external vendors etc) Actively contribute thoughts / ideas / recommendation around solution implementation and effective risk mitigation. End-user M365 support as needed. Contribute to ongoing documentation. Hybrid working - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH. REQUIRED BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES Suitable for a hands-on M365 SME with proven experience migrating & implementing Exchange Online / Messaging solutions into enterprise environments. The following is required: Proven experience with the design/implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Office 365 E5 etc). SME skills in Exchange Online (including migrations, implementation, and support) DLP experience - preferably Purview Compliance Manager. In-depth knowledge of M365, Entra ID, On-Prem and SaaS solutions. Strong problem-solving skills project delivery experience. Competent understanding of security & risk management concepts. Collaborative team player capable of confidently communicating and voicing opinions in a respectful manner. Strong sense of ownership/accountability and focused on outcome delivery. This is a full-time permanent role located in the Sydney CBD and is offering $160,000 - 175,000 (including super) bonus potential.
