Your role: As a Java Developer, you will engage in the development, specification, and maintenance of software components and related simulators. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and testing software, ensuring its functionality and performance. You will also participate in comprehensive reviews of both software and documentation to maintain high standards. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, effectively bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across teams. To be successful in this role you will need: Experience spanning the full SDLC Writing software requirements for software components Designing, developing and testing software components Defect resolution of legacy software components At least 3 years' experience coding in Java OR C Linux experience Experience in C#, C++, Bash, Python and Go is desirable but not essential Dockers, Jenkins, DDS, Git, Clearcase and Automated test frameworks are also desirable Tertiary qualifications in Software Development or similar Culture and Benefits: You’ll be part of a supportive and innovative workplace where your career growth and work-life balance are top priorities.
