Core Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Guide the development and delivery of the company's software products, ensuring alignment with business goals. Offer technical leadership and strategic direction throughout the product lifecycle. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing engineering team. Encourage collaboration and innovation, oversee team performance, and manage hiring and resource distribution. Architecture and Innovation : Design and implement reliable architectural solutions. Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation and ensure the technology stack remains competitive. Project Management : Plan, oversee, and ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects, maintaining quality. Work closely with the Head of Product to align feature roadmaps and deliverables. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with product owners and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Process Optimization : Promote the adoption of agile practices and foster continuous improvement in the engineering process. Enhance and streamline CI/CD practices. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Knowledge : Broad experience in software development and architectural design. Leadership : Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams, with strong mentoring and management skills. Project Execution : Experience in guiding large-scale projects to successful completion, with strong planning and execution abilities. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical ideas to diverse audiences. Agile Practices : Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing iterative development processes. Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in an engineering management or similar leadership position. Strong background in leading engineering teams and fostering a culture of high performance.
