About the role: We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer who is highly technical and hands-on, who can lead data strategy sessions with our customers, design architecture and solutions, cut code and lead the successful delivery of our engagements. You are both highly technical and a very personable people leader, with strong credibility in the data community. You will have a broad technical understanding in Data, ideally across all of our Data capabilities: Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Data Science, ML & Generative AI. What will your day look like: Hands-on implementation of data solutions Setting technical standards on the customer engagements Providing technical leadership to our customers and our internal teams Leading the delivery of engagements and the people on those engagements Building relationships with our Data Partners Working with marketing producing external facing collateral and content such as reports and blogs Being a confident public speaker and going on the speaking circuit (conferences, meetups, podcasts) as a thought leader in the space Interviewing future talent into the business Requirements: 6 years of experience working in data Must have large enterprise knowledge and experience. Multi-industry knowledge High Level knowledge across Data Science, Data Engineering, Strategy, ML/AI, deep in as many as possible.
