The Role Due to organizational growth, they are looking to add another Azure Engineer (L1-2 IT Support) to the team. Your duties will include: Resolve Level 1-2 tickets, escalating issues to colleagues when required. Deliver on projects within the Azure tech stack. Be responsible for ensuring service obligations to managed Azure clients are met. Troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes of underlying problems. Actively engage in client meetings. Educate clients and advocate the use of Azure. Provide clear and concise communication to clients, managing expectations. Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: Minimum 1 years' experience within a Service Desk/IT Support environment. Commercial experience with AD, Office 365.
