THE ROLE Our Project Engineers support the delivery of civil construction projects across Logan’s water infrastructure. Working within a highly collaborative environment, our Engineers are embedded across design functions, scheduling teams, cost control teams, clients and managers to ensure the successful delivery of a Water and Wastewater project portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with planning function and advise on constructability. Support scheduling, cost controls, community engagement, procurement, estimating, safety and quality functions. Assist with supplier, subcontractor, claims and procurement processes. Provide SME and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to project performance and progress reporting. Implement improvements based on prior experiences and learning outcomes. ABOUT YOU Strong track record of Site based engineering experience (water experience highly regarded). Experience delivering Civil projects including underground piping, services, pits and excavations. The ability to manage subcontractor relationships. Demonstrated ability in financial management and reporting, including budgeting. Experience in driving quality outcomes in project delivery and the ability to contribute to a cohesive and positive team environment.
