Job Description You're possibly sitting in a role where the majority of the chaos is over. The cyber program is largely BAU and you like to build things. Or maybe you like the idea of working for a smaller SaaS company where you can be the lead and have much more influence. In this role, you'll be joining a HealthTech company where Cyber Security will be one of their biggest priorities over the next few years. They are maturing and if their new service lines are to be successful they require a strong security program. SOC Type 2 needs achieving. They need help improving the SIEM, it's working but it needs to go up a few levels. Authentication needs to be improved across the user groups, and they need to secure their platform to handle way more sensitive data. The engineering team are fairly cyber-aware. They try and make it everyone's responsibility. At least 60% of the role will be a roadmap creation and rolling out change, with the rest being hands-on. The role is a pivotal part of their growth. An important role in driving a large amount of change and building the Cyber roadmap. In 12 months time they anticipate this role will need to hire additional people. Technically you should be pretty comfortable working with Engineering teams and helping them create more secure practices.
