Fantastic opportunity for a MOE Engineer to join our Araza team in a long-term opportunity at a Federal Government Department MOE Engineer Start Date: 14 October 2024 Length: 12 months 2 x 12-month extensions Location of work: ACT Role Responsibilities: Expertise in designing, implementing, delivering, and supporting Managed Operating Environments for Government or other large organizations in on premises, hybrid or cloud only environments in line with Australia Government Cyber Security requirements Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Manager Familiarity with implementing technologies that underpin MOE development such as: Standard Operating Environment image creation, Application Packaging of third-party applications, Application and Device Control, Endpoint Security and Device Compliance Automation and implementation via Infrastructure as Code solutions desirable Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business, technology, external suppliers and other subject-matter experts. Development of documentation such as Detailed Designs, High Level Designs, As-Built-As-Configured and Standard Operating Procedures Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including non-technical managers Participation in daily standups, team and project meetings and other associated rituals Requirements: Demonstrated relevant skills and experience in (but not limited to) expertise in designing, implementing, delivering, and supporting Managed Operating Environments for Government or other large organisations in on premises, hybrid or cloud only environments in line with ACSC Essential 8 requirements. Development of documentation such as Detailed Designs, High Level Designs, As-Built-As-Configured and standard operating procedures. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including non-technical senior managers.
