This is a remote position. We are seeking a skilled Tech Data Engineer to join our Agile teams in delivering high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in program delivery within agile environments and a strong technical background in data engineering. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our business capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Agile Project Management: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of data solutions. Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation processes and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability. Technical Expertise: Utilize programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, AWS, Azure) to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architectures, processes, and workflows. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the evolution of our data engineering practices.
