Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our team, focusing on platform architecture and security for our Windows and RHEL environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing our infrastructure while ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions on Windows and RHEL operating systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish best practices for platform architecture and security. Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Implement and enforce security policies and practices to protect infrastructure and data. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Manage patch management, software updates, and system configurations for both Windows and RHEL systems. Provide support for system backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning. Document system architectures, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing within the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements to existing systems. Preferred Skills: Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their security practices. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
