What we are looking for: We are seeking Development Engineer with experience in water supply and sewerage construction to assist with development assessments and applications related to water and sewerage infrastructure, including pump stations and sewerage systems. What your day will look like: Assist with network planning, Undertake assessments of the impact of proposed developments on the networks, Assess and draft responses to development applications, Undertake quality control inspections of works in progress, Respond to customer servicing enquiries, and Assess and review design documentation of water and sewer reticulation, pump stations and related infrastructure. Please click here to view a full position description. What you’ll need for success: Knowledge of water and wastewater operations and environmental issues. Demonstrated ability to interpret and assess engineering drawings and audit completed engineering works Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team. Experience in the development and/or planning related to water supply and sewerage networks. Experience with the use of water supply and sewerage network models or ability to develop knowledge.
